1- Refund Conditions:

We will confirm a refund request if:

  • The product has defects originating from the manufacturing or transportation process.
  • You notify us of the issue within 15 days of receiving the product for support.

2- Complaint Resolution Process:

Please contact our warranty and technical support department via email at [email protected] or phone at 0967649779. We will send an inspector to evaluate and check the product quality. If it is determined that the product defect reported by you is due to manufacturing or transportation, we will proceed with returning the product to our warehouse and issue a refund as requested. We commit to processing the refund within 3 working days after confirmation.

3- Refund Method:

We will issue the refund via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account number in the refund request form. Regarding the cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse, we will cover this cost if the product has defects originating from manufacturing or transportation.
