Conditions for Return and Exchange:
- The product is still within the allowable return period.
- The product shows no signs of use and is not damaged or deformed due to external forces or chemicals.
- A purchase receipt (or red invoice) and delivery note are provided.
- Custom-designed products made according to customer requests are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return and Exchange Procedure:
- Customers can contact us directly via the hotline or the store’s website to record and provide an appropriate resolution.
- The store will send a technician to check the product’s quality. If the product is not damaged, we will proceed with the process of returning the product to the warehouse.
- After receiving the product inspection confirmation slip, the return and exchange process will be carried out according to the company’s regulations.
Forms of Return and Exchange:
- Exchange for the same product type or another product of equal or higher value (additional costs may apply).
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer according to the carrier’s quotation.
