Warranty Policy

At Hldesign Furniture Store, we are committed to providing our customers with absolute peace of mind regarding product quality through the following detailed Warranty Policy:

Warranty Period: All products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of receipt.

Warranty Conditions: The product must:

  • Be within the warranty period.
  • Have defects originating from manufacturing or transportation.
  • Be presented with the original receipt or invoice (if available).

However, We Do Not Provide Warranty If:

  • The product is out of the warranty period.
  • The product is damaged due to external forces, chemicals, or improper use.
  • The product has been repaired at an unauthorized location or by unauthorized personnel.

Warranty Process:

  • Product Inspection: Our technical staff will visit to determine whether the product qualifies for warranty service.
  • Repair and Replacement: After evaluating and confirming that the product is eligible for warranty, we will transport the product to our warehouse for repair. All transportation and repair costs under warranty will be covered by the store.
  • Repair Time: The repair and warranty period is from 5-10 working days (Monday to Friday).
  • Product Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired, we will propose a suitable replacement product of equivalent value. We will bear the costs of repair, replacement, and return shipping to the customer.
